Dust Test Chambers is designed to evaluate the enclosure sealing performance and operational reliability of electrical and electronic equipment, automotive and motorcycle components, LED products, and other products under dusty environmental conditions. It simulates environments with freely settling dust and high concentrations of airborne sand and dust to assess product performance and durability under such conditions.

Product Description
Dust Test Chamber is designed to evaluate the dustproof performance of product enclosures, primarily for IP5X and IP6X protection tests as specified in enclosure protection standards. It simulates the effects of dust storms on products such as locks, automotive and motorcycle components, seals, and electrical power meters.
- The dust-blowing fan, dust vibration, and total test duration can be controlled and configured according to specific test requirements.
- Equipped with a PLC-based touchscreen control system, offering multiple functions and intuitive, easy operation.
- Features a unique air duct design that generates non-laminar vertical circulating airflow inside the chamber.
- Allows independent setting and adjustment of the dust-blowing fan, dust vibration, and test duration, as well as coordinated control of all parameters.
- Equipped with a vacuum system that provides real-time monitoring and adjustable control of airflow, flow velocity, and differential pressure.
- Comprehensive safety protection includes power supply, short circuit, grounding, and over-temperature protection. The system automatically stops operation and triggers an audible alarm when a fault or abnormal condition is detected.
