Applications:

Clamping Force Testing Machine for packaging simulates the transportation with Schnabel car discharge the package, in the transit, the package of box affected by  clamping force of both boards. And this clamping force tester is to evaluate the resistance property of the package toward this clamping force.

(I) Hardware features

1. The whole machine is composed of thickened square, channel and solid steel, which makes the machine have certain stability;

2. The appearance of the machine adopts baking paint spraying process, which has high anti-rust ability and beautiful appearance;

3. The use of pull-wire displacement encoder real-time feedback lifting height, to ensure the accuracy of the data;

4. The power system adopts Panasonic digital AC server to control the AC servo motor with high response frequency, which ensures the high efficiency of the transmission system, smooth transmission, low noise, and the speed accuracy can be controlled within ±0.5%.

(ii) Software features

1. Adopting circuit board and computer Windows operating system control, convenient operation;

2. Stroke limit protection, leakage protection design, to ensure safe operation;

3. Equipped with abnormal fault alarm prompts to ensure operational safety.

This machine through the oil cylinder drive to make the sliding platform rise and fall, motor drive screw so that the left and right clamping plate to move inward, so as to press the specimen; the use of force sensors connected to the monitor automatically display the value of the force.
