Caster/Chair Base Durability Test for Pedestal Base Chairs

The usage

Chair Caster Durability Testing machine is used to evaluate the quality and wear life of the caster in chair. Press load on the chair seat, use cylinder to clamp the pedestal, then push and pull it back and forth. The stroke, speed and times can be set.

Purpose of Test

The purpose of this test is to evaluate the ability of the chair base and casters to withstand

fatigue stresses and wear caused by moving the chair back and forth.

How it works:

The load placed on the horizontal work table chair, in a distance of 550mm to the speed of 50mm / s of the push or pull of not less than 550mm. 200mm away from the work surface at the level of force. Pushdown or recording the force required to pull the chair. Measuring the distance of 250mm ~ 500mm rolling / sliding resistance average.
