The use of the eccentric shaft produces elliptical trajectory in the rotation to simulate vibration during transport car or ship goods produced collision. The test platform fixed to the eccentric bearing, when the eccentric bearing rotates, the entire surface of the test platform will produce up and down around the elliptical motion, adjusting the eccentric shaft with the rotational speed of the car or the equivalent adjustment ship speed.
