Product Description

Automatic Checkweigher are fed from the upstream conveyor belt via the guide belt, where they are arranged into evenly spaced sections before entering the weighing belt.When a product passes the photoelectric sensor at the front end of the weighing belt, it triggers the weight detection machine to begin weighing.As the product passes through the weighing belt, the weight sensor completes the weighing and displays the data in real time on the operating interface.

The microcomputer compares the measured data with preset benchmark values and upper and lower limits to determine whether the product is genuine, overweight, or underweight.

Finally, products that do not meet the weight requirements are automatically rejected by the sorting mechanism.
