APPLICATIONS
HD-A520-Q Pneumatic Single-Wing Drop Tester is suitable for testing the damage of product packaging when it is dropped, and assessing the strength of impact resistance during transportation and handling.
This machine can perform free drop test on the surface, corner and edge of the package. It is equipped with a digital height display and an encoder for height tracking, so as to accurately give the data of the product drop height.

ISO 2248, GB/T 4857.5-1992, JIS Z0202-1994.
FEATURES
1.Adopt single-arm&Three-column structure, with functions of pneumatic reset, pneumatic control drop and electric lifting device;
2.Equipped with a buffer device to reduce damage to other parts of the instrument due to the impact of the sample holder, thereby increasing the life of the instrument.
3.Compared with the traditional chain up and down transmission, this machine adopts screw drive, so that the instrument becomes more stable and the test results are more accurate.
4.Touch screen and PLC control, can set the test height and the number of drops etc.
5.The stroke limit protection and leakage protection design ensure safe operation.
