The leakage rate test bench is domestically manufactured, but the core component photometer is imported from abroad. The air source required for the entire air circuit is external compressed air, and the power for the detection air circuit is provided by a vacuum pump. An aerosol generator and a generating pipeline are installed on the generating gas path; a pneumatic fixture with a cylinder, two photometers, and a sealed cabin are installed on the detecting gas path.
