Anti-yellowing aging test chamber

HAIDA Equipment Yellowing and Aging Test Chamber is designed to evaluate the yellowing resistance and aging performance of elastic materials, rubber, tires, conveyor belts, shoe soles, soft synthetic leather, genuine leather, and other materials. It offers efficient testing, good repeatability, and easy operation.

Simulation Duration: 9 hours of yellowing resistance testing at 50°C is theoretically equivalent to 6 months of atmospheric exposure.

Product Description

This product supports two types of tests: aging and yellowing resistance.

Aging Test: This machine accelerates the degradation of vulcanized rubber to determine the changes in tensile strength and elongation before and after heating. Generally, testing at 70°C for one day is theoretically equivalent to six months of exposure to atmospheric conditions.

Yellowing Resistance Test: This machine simulates atmospheric conditions in which materials are exposed to sunlight and ultraviolet radiation, evaluating changes in appearance. Generally, testing at 50°C for nine hours is theoretically equivalent to six months of exposure to atmospheric conditions.
