Turntable Stretch wrappers use LLDPE stretch film as the main packing material to wrap the bulk cargo stacked on the pallet.

The film provides extra support during transportation and storage to protect the Stretch Wrapping Machine from dust, moisture or damage.

This stretch wapper function can set different wrapping circles and wrapping force at any height that you want and maximum we can set 9 layers for pallet. Normally Stretch Wrapping Machine's wrapping force from bottom to top is the same, and it can not stop during wrapping and achieve reinforce wrapping function. Such function completely avoids these problems.

The pre-stretch feature in the turntable pallet wrapping machine maximizes the amount of goods you can wrap while greatly reducing film waste. Pre-stretch wrappers utilize multiple rubber rolls located on a carriage that rotates the rolls at two different speeds as the tray rotates on a turntable. When the wrapping cycle begins, the film in contact with the rollers is stretched to 380% of its original length. This dramatically reduces the amount of material required to wrap a shipment.

1. The blade in the film carriage will cut a small hole in the film. 

2. As the Turntable Pallet Wrapper runs, the hole will be pulled and torn. 

3. The film is pulled off and attached to the pallet. The machine will stop, waiting for the next operation.
