    Product Description

    The thermal conductivity tester adopts the transient plane heat source method, based on TPS transient plane heat source technology, and uses a Hot Disk probe. It can be used to test the thermal conductivity, thermal conductivity (thermal diffusion coefficient), specific heat capacity, thermal storage coefficient and thermal resistance of metals, alloys, graphite, thermal grease, silicone, silicone rubber, ceramics, rock and soil, rocks, polymers, paper, fabrics, foam plastics, concrete, composite panels, paper honeycomb panels and other solids, powders, liquids, pastes, coatings, films, thermal insulation materials, insulation materials, anisotropic materials, etc.


    Test Standards: ISO 22007-2:2008, GB/T32064-2015, etc.

Different types of materials use different test schemes and calculation mathematical models, which have the advantages of fast measurement speed, wide application range and the ability to successfully avoid the influence of natural convection during the experiment. It has the advantages of a wide range of actual test materials, a wide range of thermal conductivity, simple sample processing, and fast testing speed. It is currently a more popular test method.
