At the core of the system is the Balanced Temperature and Humidity Control (BTHC) PID intelligent adjustment technology, which enables precise coordination between temperature and humidity regulation. This advanced control method ensures fast response, minimal overshoot, and excellent long-term stability, even during extended continuous operation. The chamber supports a wide temperature range from -20°C, -40°C, or -70°C up to +150°C, allowing it to cover most international testing standards and application scenarios.
Temperature control accuracy is a key decision factor for customers, and Haida chambers deliver exceptional performance. With a temperature resolution of 0.01°C, tolerance maintained within ±1.0°C or ±2.0°C, and temperature fluctuation limited to ≤±0.5°C under stable, no-load conditions, the system ensures highly repeatable test results. In addition, temperature uniformity of ≤1.5°C (measured without load, sensor spacing ≤50 mm) guarantees consistent environmental conditions throughout the working space.
Humidity control is equally robust. The chamber provides a humidity range from 20% to 98% RH, with a resolution of 0.1% RH. Humidity tolerance is carefully controlled, reaching ≤±3% RH at ≥75% RH and ≤±6% RH at ≤75% RH, while humidity fluctuations remain within ±2.5% RH. This level of performance is particularly important for reliability testing where moisture sensitivity plays a critical role.
Efficient thermal performance is achieved with an average heating rate of 3°C/min and a cooling rate of 1°C/min, ensuring both test efficiency and system stability. Depending on temperature requirements, the chamber utilizes single-stage or two-stage compression refrigeration systems, equipped with hermetically sealed France Tecumseh compressors or semi-hermetic BOCK compressors, known for their durability and low failure rates. The air-cooled cooling method simplifies installation and reduces maintenance costs.
User convenience and intelligent operation are addressed through a programmable LCD touch-screen controller. The system supports both fixed running and pattern running modes, with a program memory capacity of up to 120 groups and 100 sections per program. Data communication is available via RS-232, with USB as an optional feature for data export and system integration.
For humidity generation, the chamber uses a circulating water supply system, with internal water tank capacities tailored to chamber volume—25 L for chambers below 800 L, and dual 25 L tanks for larger models—ensuring stable and continuous humidity control.
